Lexroom is recruiting for a Graduate Program – Sales in Madrid, aimed at top 3% of young talent. It’s not entry level: a fast-track program with rotations to become a high-performing Account Executive in 18 months, supported by the Lexroom Sales Academy.
You will go through four consecutive roles (BDR, BDR Mid-Market, then AE) with clear goals, coaching, and KPIs. Fluency in Spanish and English, recent graduate or up to 1 year experience, and a strong drive to learn and impact the legal AI space.
