• Culture Business Partner to the General Manager, management team and operational leaders at SHA Spain. Lead, develop and support the local People &
• Culture team, providing clear direction, coaching, accountability and professional development. Partner with department heads to anticipate workforce needs and provide practical people solutions that support operational performance, employee experience and service excellence. Manage a wide range of employee relations, performance, engagement, development and organisational matters with maturity, discretion and emotional intelligence. Balance people, operational and commercial considerations when advising managers and making decisions. Build strong, trusted relationships across all functions and levels of seniority, from operational teams to senior leadership. Navigate multiple priorities simultaneously,
identifying what requires immediate attention while maintaining quality, consistency and follow‐through. RequirementsSolid People &
• Culture or Human Resources management experience within hotels, hospitality or another highly operational service environment. Strong experience in luxury hospitality, luxury hotels, wellness, lifestyle or premium guest‐experience businesses is highly preferred. Proven experience leading and developing diverse HR or People &
• Culture teams. Demonstrated experience as an HR Business Partner, working directly with General Managers, operational leaders and senior stakeholders. Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to understand how people decisions influence operational performance, guest experience and business results. Comfortable working within a matrix or dual‐reporting structure, with strong stakeholder‐management and influencing skills.
Fluent
Spanish and English are essential. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office;
experience with hospitality systems, HR tools and Business Intelligence platforms is valued. The ideal candidate combines strong management capability with emotional intelligence. Rather than operating as a purely corporate HR function, you understand that an effective People & Culture team in hospitality must be present, responsive and deeply connected to the guest experience and the people who deliver it every day.
