Provide professional customer service through the appropriate communication channels Assist customers with product and service enquiries Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Support customers throughout the purchasing process Manage sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally Build strong relationships with customers Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets What We're Looking For
