? What are we looking for?

- ? 7+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices , and a high level of English for international environments.
- ☁️ Strong experience with AWS Cloud , designing and deploying scalable, resilient, and highly available backend solutions.
- ⚡ Experience or knowledge with Kotlin or Go , applying modern backend architectures and best development practices.
- ?️ Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases , including SQL and NoSQL technologies in high-volume environments.
- ?️ Solid understanding of software design principles , data structures, design patterns, and core computer science fundamentals.
- ? Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, modular, and optimized code , following coding standards, clear naming conventions, and quality-driven development practices.
- ? Experience working in Agile environments ,



collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions and continuous improvements.
