Winparts , you'll be the first point of contact for customers. Whether they need advice about a product, have questions about an order or need help with a return, you'll make sure they receive a fast, friendly and professional solution. You assist Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, chat and WhatsApp

You answer questions about products, orders, deliveries and returns

You provide friendly, accurate and solution-oriented support

You register customer interactions accurately in the CRM system

You ensure every customer receives a smooth and professional experience

You work towards high customer satisfaction while maintaining quality and efficiency

You identify recurring customer feedback and proactively share ideas to improve processes and the overall customer experience





You collaborate closely with your teammates and support each other to deliver the best possible service

What we value in you.

You speak native-level Spanish

Additional language skills, especially Dutch, are considered a strong plus

You are available full-time (39 hours per week)

You have experience in customer service, sales, customer experience or a similar customer-facing role

You are highly educated and possess strong communication skills

You combine empathy with a commercial mindset and enjoy advising customers

You are proactive, dedicated and take ownership of your work

You enjoy solving problems and creating positive customer experiences

You are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

You are digitally savvy and familiar with CRM systems and online tools

You are curious, eager to learn and motivated to become an expert in your field

Working hours.

The service operates Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 21:00 and Saturdays between 09:00 and 17:00.

Flexibility to work within these opening hours is required.
