About the Role

The role is responsible for coordinating and driving service technology initiatives across Global Operations, country Operations teams and the technology teams developing operational platforms and services.

The position will support the implementation and global scaling of automation, service orchestration, monitoring and predictive capabilities, ensuring that solutions developed in one country can be effectively leveraged across the organisation.

Acting as a link between operational demand and technology delivery, the role will help optimise operational processes and advance Cellnex's global service technology capabilities.

What We're Looking For
- Coordinate and monitor the general demand coming from Global Operations and country Operations teams, ensuring that initiatives progress according to agreed priorities.
- Act as the key coordination point between Operations stakeholders and the technology teams responsible for operational platforms and services.
- Support the implementation and scaling of automation, service orchestration,



monitoring and predictive capabilities across the organisation.
- Proactively identify solutions or initiatives developed in one country that could be applicable elsewhere and promote their reuse and rollout across other Cellnex countries.
- Coordinate service technology projects across different teams and geographies, ensuring alignment between operational requirements and technology delivery.
- Support the implementation of an intelligence and orchestration layer across service-monitoring environments to optimise operational processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational technology capabilities, service quality and process efficiency.

Education
- A degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant technical discipline is preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience in network-management and operational systems will also be considered.
