Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience

Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems

Identify and esk ... complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution

In this role, you’ll benefit from:

Full-time (39 hours/week) fixed-term contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00)

Salary of €19.623,94 gross/year + up to €1.200 gross/year in bonus
