An international employer in Madrid, Spain is hiring a Banking Customer Service Agent for its Catalan-speaking team.

You will support banking customers with accuracy, discretion and a friendly approach.

You will be supporting a well-known company in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer questions about accounts, cards and payments

Keep careful records of every interaction

Escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately

Guide customers through digital banking services

Requirements:

Fluent Catalan, written and spoken

Spanish at upper-intermediate (B2) level or above

High school education (Bachillerato) or equivalent; banking customer service experience is valued

The selection includes a short video and a written test in the required language

Clear,



professional communication, written and spoken

Team player who is open to feedback

Working Conditions:

Work model: On-Site

Schedule: Afternoon - 15:00-22:00

Paid training: 25 days

Start date: 2 November 2026

Full-time contract

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: €1,409.98 gross per month, plus a €129.27 gross monthly language allowance

Sunday shifts paid an extra €1.92 gross per hour

38.5 hours per week

Location: Open to candidates already living in or near Madrid.
