Hiring Paediatricians | AI Model Training for Healthcare

Are you a Paediatrician passionate about healthcare, technology and AI? We are looking for experienced paediatric professionals to contribute their clinical expertise to training Large Language Models (LLMs) and improving the accuracy of AI-generated healthcare information.

Role Overview

As a Paediatric AI Consultant, you will help refine AI models by reviewing, validating and improving responses related to child and adolescent health, developmental milestones, paediatric conditions, immunisation, weight-based dosing and age-appropriate treatment approaches. Your expertise will help ensure AI-generated information is accurate, evidence-based and clinically safe for a paediatric population.

Responsibilities
- Review and validate AI-generated medical content related to paediatrics
- Evaluate AI responses on common and acute childhood illness, growth and development, neonatal care, adolescent health and chronic paediatric conditions
- Provide expert feedback on diagnosis, treatment approaches,




weight- and age-based medication dosing
, and clinical recommendations
- Identify inaccuracies, gaps or inconsistencies — with particular attention to advice that is safe for adults but unsafe for children
- Flag safeguarding concerns and content requiring urgent clinical escalation
- Collaborate with AI teams to improve model performance and clinical accuracy

Requirements
- MD or DO with completed residency or specialty training in Paediatrics
- Board certified or board eligible in Paediatrics preferred
- Minimum 5 years post-training clinical experience
- Strong understanding of paediatric pharmacology, developmental medicine and age-stratified treatment protocols
- Subspecialty experience (neonatology, paediatric cardiology, paediatric emergency medicine or similar) an advantage
- Ability to critically evaluate and validate medical information
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Interest in AI,
