SD Worx is a leading European provider of Payroll & HR services with global reach. We are seeking an experienced Senior Sail Point Architect & Integration Engineer to strengthen our IAM squad. Our current team consists of a Product Owner, a Technical Lead with strong functional and testing expertise, and several IAM Engineers/Administrators.

This role will be responsible for defining and implementing the Sail Point architecture, designing access models, developing integrations and connectors, and helping establish data governance foundations.

Sail Point

Architecture & Design Define the overall Sail Point solution architecture in close collaboration with the Product Owner and Technical lead. Translate business requirements into Sail Point capabilities and configurations. Advise on Sail Point Identity Security Cloud capabilities and limitations. Support integrations with (but not limited to) Entra ID / Active Directory, SAP, Enterprise applications and Custom applications Troubleshoot complex connector and provisioning issues.

Identity

Data & Data Quality Strategy Assess current identity data quality.



Define a strategy for historical data cleanup and remediation. Improve identity correlation and reconciliation processes. Create governance processes for maintaining data quality over time. Support role mining and role engineering activities.

Support

Segregation of Duties controls. Create process documentation and process flow diagrams to support knowledge transfer Drive technical decision-making regarding identity governance architecture. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience with cloud-native integration patterns. Knowledge of identity data management and data remediation programs. Familiarity with Entra ID, Okta, Service Now, SAP, Workday or Success Factors.1 Strong knowledge of Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Provisioning workflows, Identity lifecycle management and Access certifications. Deep understanding of RBAC and ABAC, Role engineering, Entitlement modelling and Access governance.
