The role requires spotting churn risks, growing merchant activity, and coordinating across teams to resolve issues.Ideally you bring 2+ years in retention or related roles, experience in fintech/iGaming, a strong commercial mindset, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
