Role Description
The Accountant is a full-time hybrid role based in Sant Josep de sa Talaia, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining general ledgers, processing invoices, tracking expenses, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of accounts. The Accountant will prepare financial statements, cash flow reports, and management accounts,



as well as support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the family office and related entities. The role includes monitoring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations, coordinating with external auditors and advisors, and optimizing financial procedures and controls. The Accountant will collaborate closely with colleagues across the office to provide clear financial insights and ensure that financial information is timely, accurate, and secure.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial accounting and reporting, including general ledger management, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Helpful if have previous experience within property management, construction projects or yacht management services.
