Overview As Director of Customer Success, you will lead and grow a team of Customer Success Managers to maximize client outcomes and revenue. You'll align cross-functional teams—Sales, Ad Ops, and CSMs—around client goals, optimizing adoption of a new platform and DSP strategy. You will scale processes, mentor the team, and influence client engagement through data-driven insights. This role offers impact across European accounts and opportunities to shape strategic client journeys in a fast-moving ad-tech environment.
Responsabilidades
Manage top-tier clients as a dedicated CSM Collaborate with Ad Ops and Sales to drive revenue and campaign performance Assist in hiring and onboarding new CSMs and ensure effective ramp-up Mentor CSMs to reinforce core principles and skill development Guide CSMs on client communications across emails, Slack, presentations, and calls Monitor account health metrics (revenue, KPI, margin)



and address risks to retention and expansion Support CSMs in high-priority meetings with strategic insights and recommendations Develop and implement scalable processes to improve engagement and retention Refine presentation templates, best practices, and data storytelling for client interactions Lead performance reviews and foster knowledge sharing within the team Requisitos principales Experience in advertising technology or a related field 6+ years in a DSP/programmatic work environment 3+ years of people management experience Ability to adapt quickly to a changing technology environment Thrives in a fast-paced, digital environment Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills Passion for achieving higher levels of growth and development Ability to manage multiple clients and accounts across diverse industries Ability to analyze and interpret significant data Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing) strong communication organizational skills time management advertising technology DSP / programmatic platf
