Our client is a well-established industrial company operating in the printing machinery sector, serving international clients across packaging and manufacturing industries. We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Executive.
Finance and Accounts Executive: The Finance & Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day‐to‐day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting management with timely financial reporting and data analyses. This role has a key part in maintaining financial discipline, strengthening internal controls, and supporting business teams with timely MIS reports.
The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to internal controls, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders Reports To: The Finance and Accounts Executive will be reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Accounting Operations Record daily accounting transactions, including invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries. Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).



Verify supplier invoices and process payments. Issue customer invoices and monitor outstanding receivables.
Financial Control & Reporting Perform bank and ledger accurate expense records and account financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses. Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. Compliance Assist with VAT returns, statutory filings, audits, and compliance with Spanish accounting and tax organized financial & Process Improvement Coordinate with Purchase, Sales, and Operations to ensure accurate financial ERP and accounting systems to record transactions. Support process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Knowledge of Spanish accounting standards and tax regulations is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
