Talent

Specialist | Madrid, Spain | Office-based, 5 days/week | €30,000-40,000 Working closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners and hiring managers, you’ll support and deliver a seamless, high-quality hiring experience from start to finish. From sourcing and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, you’ll help build the teams that are driving Fresha’s continued integral growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment .

End-to-End Recruitment: Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to support recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer and close.

Candidate Sourcing: Source and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles globally, building strong and diverse talent pipelines.

ATS & Recruitment Operations:



Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data within our ATS and support the wider scheduling and recruitment operation. Contribute to broader Talent projects, including employer branding, candidate experience, hiring events and process improvements.

Recruitment Experience: 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, either agency or in-house, ideally within a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Spanish and English required. Italian highly advantageous.

Strong Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to identify, engage and build pipelines of high-quality candidates across different functions.

Experience managing candidates through recruitment processes and delivering a high-quality candidate experience. Strong organisational skills, with experience coordinating interviews and managing complex scheduling across global teams.

ATS Experience: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and confidence maintaining accurate recruitment data. High performance is rewarded and earning potential is uncapped.
