Job Title:Technical Business Analyst

Location: Spain

Job Purpose and primary objectives:Technical Business Analyst

Responsabilidades

- Key responsibilities (please specify ifthe position is an individual one or pad ofa team):
- Coordinate with Product Teams to drive the product roadmap with new innovations.
- Supports Product Team in production & implementation of Workplace/Comms products.
- New Feature Requests — Experimentation, Testing, Roll Out,Hand Overto Service Teams.
- System Upgrades- Guiding On-the-ground facilities Team on enabling actions.
- Provide Tulip software support for any major product related issues.
- Documentation on solutions / build/upkeep of existing KB afticles, Run Books
- Oversee the provisioning / deployment ofsolutions.
- Provide technical consultation as needed throughout a project deployment.
- Ensures implementations are standard, operationally scalable and aligned to semce strategy & direction.
- Ensures project processes are standard, scalable, transparent, relevant, communicated and documented.
- Analyse 10T data to extract meaningful insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
- Develop data models and analytics strategies and dashboards to su ort 10 T initiatives.

Habilidades Requeridas

- Key SkillslKnowIedge:Technically experienced IT professional — minimum of 8 years ofexperience with demonstrable technical background related to engineering and technical project delivery.
- Proven ability to manage, influence and negotiate with stakeholders (Both intemal and Vendors)
- Broad experience oftechnical problem solving and consulting
- Proven ability to analyse data to identify trends for the u oses ofboth cost reduction and service im rovement.
- Technical experience in Tulip Software, Business Analysis.

Habilidades Deseadas

- Experience required:Experience in supporting Tulip software globally.
- 8+ years hands on experience in configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Should be able to build packages used for deployment.
- Hands on experience implementing interfaces with enterprise applications.
