Responsabilidades

Develop and enhance forecasting, predictive analytics, and decision-support solutions Analyze demand patterns, seasonality, and market drivers to generate actionable insights Improve forecast accuracy by identifying biases and recommending process improvements Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools for data-driven decisions Collaborate with Demand Planning, Commercial, Supply Planning, IT,



and external stakeholders Prepare and analyze large datasets to support forecasting, scenario planning, and performance management Develop, test, deploy, and maintain statistical and machine learning models Support end-to-end project delivery from discovery to knowledge transfer Evaluate emerging technologies and automation opportunities for long-term value

Requisitos principales

Experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Forecasting, Demand Planning, or related field Proven track record delivering analytical solutions with measurable business value Strong understanding of statistical analysis, forecasting methodologies, and predictive modeling Experience building and deploying machine learning models in a business setting Proficiency in Python and/or R for analysis and automation Strong SQL, data management, and data preparation skills Experience using data visualization and reporting tools to communicate insights Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills strong communication stakeholder management collaboration Python R SQL
