Overview In this role you will lead and coach a Dutch-speaking sales team to drive revenue growth and exceed quotas. You will optimize cold-calling strategies, develop client relationships, and identify the right ADP products to meet business needs. You will also expand cross-selling within existing accounts and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders. Requisitos principales

1–3 years of experience managing a sales team Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent MS Office skills Fluent in Dutch and English Experience with modern selling, AI-driven tools, and data insights to drive pipelines and revenue leadership by example goal-oriented drive self-starter attitude MS Office modern selling tools AI-driven sales tools and data insights
