What are we looking for?

As the company continues to grow and technology evolves, we are expanding our Visual Systems Department.

The engineer will be responsible for providing support and contributing to development projects within the department. The Engineering team requires strong programming and problem-solving skills to develop new visual systems for flight simulators and integrate new peripherals and technologies.

As the engineer gains experience and develops their technical skills, they will take on increasing levels of responsibility and progress within our Career Development Plan, including salary progression.

What will you do?

1. Develop and program 3D graphics using Unreal Engine.
2. Integrate peripherals and technologies, including XR and haptic systems, as well as hardware/software integration.
3. Prepare technical documentation and carry out testing related to the above.
4. Develop software and enjoy solving technical problems.
5. Work in an organised and well-documented manner.
6. Knowledge of programming languages such as C++; Python is a plus.
7. Familiarity with artificial intelligence development tools.
8. Advanced level of English (B2+/C1) to communicate with customers and prepare technical documentation.

Minimum requirements

EDUCATION

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, such as Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Electronics and Automation Engineering, or a related field.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Engineering background.
- Knowledge of C++ or another programming language.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office.
- Unreal Engine knowledge is a plus.

LANGUAGES
- Advanced English (B2+/C1). Customer communication and technical documentation are in English.

SKILLS
- Organisation.
- Teamwork.
- Problem-solving.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driving licence. A car is not required, but you must hold a valid driving licence.
- Occasional availability to travel.

Salary

- €30,000–€35,000 gross per year.
- Up to €37,000 gross per year with one year of relevant experience.
