ABOUT THE ROLE The Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for attracting and hiring talent in Spain and across Europe, combining hands-on recruitment ownership with strategic sourcing expertise.

The Specialist will own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders and HR Business Partners to understand business needs, define talent requirements, develop effective hiring strategies and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Beyond their own recruitment portfolio, the Specialist will act as a sourcing partner and subject-matter expert for the wider Talent Acquisition team, providing hands-on sourcing support, talent market intelligence, talent mapping and guidance on sourcing strategies, tools and best practices.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions in Spain and selected European markets, while supporting selected general recruitment projects.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers, Business Leaders and HR Business Partners to understand business needs, define talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Lead intake meetings and translate business requirements into clear candidate profiles, recruitment plans and sourcing approaches.




- Manage candidate pipelines and coordinate the recruitment process from initial sourcing and screening through interviews, assessment, offer management and successful hire.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely communication and alignment among all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.
- Support offer preparation, negotiation and closing activities in partnership with the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure a positive, professional and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain an effective and timely recruitment process, ensuring progress against agreed hiring timelines and priorities.

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

- Proactively source, identify and engage qualified candidates for global, specialised and hard-to-fill positions across different functions, countries and markets.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies based on business requirements, talent market conditions, role complexity, geography and seniority.
- Build and maintain high-quality and diverse talent pipelines and talent pools to support current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, professional networks, referrals, job boards, talent communities, industry associations and other relevant sourcing channels to identify and attract candidates.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates, building meaningful and long-term relationships with potential talent.
- Conduct talent market mapping and research to identify relevant talent pools, target organisations, skills and potential candidates for current and future recruitment needs.




- Act as a sourcing partner and subject-matter expert for the wider Talent Acquisition team, providing hands-on sourcing support for challenging and high-priority vacancies.
- Advise Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and TA colleagues on talent availability, market insights, sourcing channels and candidate profiles, providing relevant market intelligence to support recruitment decisions.
- Explore and implement new sourcing tools, technologies, AI-enabled solutions and innovative recruitment approaches to improve sourcing efficiency, candidate reach and engagement.
- Track and analyse sourcing effectiveness and recruitment funnel data, including source of hire, response rates, pipeline conversion and channel effectiveness, and use insights to continuously optimise sourcing strategies.
- Share sourcing best practices, market insights and effective approaches across the Talent Acquisition team.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
- 3 years + of full cycle recruitment experience
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques, tools, structured interviews and evaluation methods
- Experience working in multinational, matrix organizations, navigating complexity
- Experience in employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns.
- Experience using ATS platforms and leveraging recruitment metrics to drive improvements and decision-making.
- English and Spanish - Business Fluent level
