? Job Opportunity: Tech Lead

? About the Role We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to join an international project within the pharmaceutical sector , focused on the development and delivery of a new digital application.

The role combines hands-on software engineering, technical ownership, DevOps and project delivery , taking responsibility for the solution architecture, infrastructure and deployment within an Azure environment .

You will also work directly on the application using AI-assisted coding tools , helping transform an existing prototype into a complete, production-ready solution.

? Key Responsibilities

- Take end-to-end technical ownership of the solution, including architecture, infrastructure, deployment and code quality.
- Build and extend the application directly using AI-assisted coding tools .
- Plan and coordinate the project day-to-day, tracking progress, priorities and delivery.
- Translate business requirements and user stories into buildable technical designs .
- Extend the existing prototype into a production-ready application .
- Ensure high standards across testing, maintainability, performance and code quality .
- Manage deployment and cutover to the production environment .
- Support training materials, adoption and post-go-live activities .
- Run pilots and experiments with new AI development tools and workflows .
- Measure and continuously improve developer productivity, quality and delivery practices.

?️ Essential Requirements

- 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering .
- Proven experience building and delivering production-grade applications .
- Strong hands-on full-stack engineering background.
- Experience with ReactJS,



React Router, TypeScript/JavaScript and NestJS .
- Experience with PostgreSQL .
- Solid knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Terraform and GitHub .
- Working knowledge of Azure application hosting , including Azure Container Apps, managed PostgreSQL, Key Vault, Entra ID, monitoring and logging.
- Familiarity with enterprise networking concepts such as application gateways and private endpoints .
- Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants , such as GitHub Copilot, Claude or similar tools, to deliver production-quality software.
- Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD pipelines and standard Git branching/release practices.
- Ability to independently plan and manage technical delivery with minimal day-to-day supervision.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence .
- Strong foundation in testing, maintainability and performance .

➕ Nice to Have

- Experience working within pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, life sciences or other regulated environments .
- Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers.
