Experteer Overview
As a Founding Engineer in a new Factorial spinoff, you will help build AI-centered business management software from day zero. You’ll own high-impact initiatives, set quarterly technical goals, and ship features that users actually rely on. You’ll work closely with product and customers to shape solutions, balancing speed with reliability in probabilistic, AI-enabled workflows. This role blends hands-on coding with team leadership in a fast, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll join a scrappy team with strong backing and a clear growth target, contributing to a mission that rethinks how companies manage operations with AI at the core.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own big initiatives from inception to outcome, including quarterly roadmaps
• Engage in customer calls to understand pains and needs

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years in software engineering
• Experience shipping AI-powered features
• Strong Ruby on Rails backend
• Strong React or TypeScript frontend
• Ability to explain complex technical decisions in plain English
• Experience reviewing agentic workflows and understanding LLM architecture trade-offs
• Comfort building in a startup-like, ownership-focused environment
• Proven ability to work with incomplete information and move fast
