Your Responsibilities

Assist customers by phone, email, or chat

Handle customer questions and requests professionally

Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions

Resolve issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Follow project procedures and quality standards

Work effectively in an international environment

Requirements





Fluent/native level in one of the following languages:

Arabic, Dutch, German, Norwegian, Slovak, or Danish

Good level of English (B2)

Excellent communication and customer-service skills

Comfortable working with computers and digital tools

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Motivation to work and live in an international environment
