Overview In this role you will shape a scalable, data-driven People function at Contentsquare, aligning global processes with senior leadership. You'll drive Workday strategy, governance and cross-functional delivery while enabling automation and AI. You'll partner with Legal, Audit and Compliance to strengthen controls and data security. This is a chance to influence the integral operating model and build smarter People tech.
