Overview As a People Generalist in Glovo's Barcelona operations, you will support riders across Spain by handling HR policies, processes, and administrative tasks. You'll be the first point of contact for employees and managers, shaping their experience and ensuring compliant, efficient people operations. You'll drive processes, absenteeism tracking, and HR documentation while partnering with the labor team on performance processes.

and accidents Manage documentation for current and new hires (contracts, legal docs, personal data) Maintain employee data across People systems Collect day-to-day employee information (sick leaves, holidays, salary changes) Support the labor team in performance processes Lead or support new HR projects for continuous department improvement Requisitos principales 1-3 years of HR experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth startup Analytical skills with Google Sheets (mid-advanced) Thrive in ambiguity Organized, proactive, and creative Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving Excellent communication skills Fluent in Spanish and English customer service orientation strong communication organization proactivity creativity Google Sheets (mid-advanced)
