Dev Ops Engineering Manager €86,000 - €90,000 + 10% Bonus This role can be managed remotely within the EU with occasional travel to the clients IT hubs across Europe, or on a hybrid basis from Wroclaw, Brno or Barcelona. We're hiring on behalf of a leading integral Manufacturing company seeking an experienced Dev Ops Team Manager to lead and scale their cloud automation and deployment strategy. You'll head up a global team of 15 Dev Ops engineers , driving automation, reliability, and performance across all environments. This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll define best practices, implement CI/CD improvements, and champion Dev Sec Ops across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a distributed Dev Ops team across multiple regions. Define and execute Dev Ops/Dev Sec Ops strategy aligned with business goals.



Enhance CI/CD pipelines and automate infrastructure using Azure Dev Ops, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes. Drive operational excellence, performance metrics, and continuous improvement. Establish a Community of Practice to share and promote Dev Ops best practices. What You'll Bring: 5+ years in Dev Ops or development roles, including 2+ years in team leadership. Strong background in CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud automation (Azure preferred). Proven experience with Git, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Azure Pipelines. Passion for innovation, collaboration, and modern engineering practices.
Nice to Have:
Agile or ITIL background Dev Ops certifications (Microsoft / AWS)
