3 days/week onsiteKey ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate regionally managed Quality audits (internal, external, and supplier) across EMEAC, ensuring risk-based planning, execution, and timely closure.
Establish and govern a sustainable global inspection readiness framework to ensure continuous preparedness for regulatory inspections.
Build, maintain, and continuously enhance auditing capabilities and competencies within the regions.
Proactively monitor regulatory trends and inspection outcomes to strengthen compliance posture and audit effectiveness.
Develops and maintains the integral inspection readiness playbook, including inspection governance model, mock inspections, and readiness sprint methodology.
Designs and deploys a structured, risk-based Global Mock inspection program.
Leads inspection readiness sprints prior to anticipated regulatory inspections to ensure gap identification, prioritization and timely remediation.
