Overview As Ad Tech Architect you will design and lead Rakuten TV's programmatic advertising stack in a greenfield setup, reporting to the CPO. You'll define technical strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration with commercial and ad-ops teams, and shape how advertising contributes to revenue. Expect high-impact decisions on platform capabilities, standards, and partner ecosystems.

consent chain management, and advertiser measurement; manage relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and measurement partners Lead a small team (PM, Ad Tech Specialist, Ad Tech Engineer) with hands-on involvement and scale planning Requisitos principales 8–12 years in Ad Tech with substantial programmatic and CTV experience End-to-end ownership of RTB or bid management system design Experience influencing build-vs-buy decisions for critical components Comfort with commercial discussions (pricing, yield, DSP relationships) and translating into technical decisions Background in broadcaster, streaming platform, SSP, DSP, or ad tech vendor Open RTB 2.x/3.0 bid/response design and auction mechanics VAST/VMAP/SCTE-35 for creative compliance and ad trafficking CTV ad integration (client-side and server-side insertion), measurement SDKs, verification frameworks Real-time event streaming and low-latency pipelin
