Responsibilities

Support marketing activities and growth strategies for the Ukrainian market

Manage and create content for Instagram, Telegram, TikTok, and YouTube

Coordinate streamers and support them with content ideas, trends, and scripts

Support community management by responding to messages and engaging with users

Support agents in developing their social media presence and review their performance

Conduct market research and identify trends, leads, influencers, and promotional opportunities

Requirements

Fluency in Ukrainian, with a good command of English

Previous experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation is a plus

Basic photo and video editing skills

Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills





Ability to adapt quickly and work in a fast-paced environment

Good understanding of Ukrainian culture, social media trends, and audience preferences

Interest in mobile applications and digital marketing

Location & Work Setup

This is a full-time contract position.
