Overview As Pricing Manager, you will lead the listing-based pricing rollout across markets, driving ARPU targets and pricing moves. You'll partner with GTM, sales, and global teams to propose, defend, and roll out data-driven pricing decisions. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, testing hypotheses, and scaling pricing across countries to support sustainable growth.

Career growth Global team and flexible work Responsabilidades Own the ARPU target for the segment and drive it through pricing moves Roll out listing-based pricing across markets with a clear cadence Diagnose pricing anomalies and propose fixes quickly Identify pricing opportunities across the marketplace and justify them with data Present pricing recommendations to GTM leadership and translate into rollout plans Coordinate alignment across sales, local commercial, and global teams on pricing decisions Generate optimization hypotheses and design behavioral experiments to validate moves Update and maintain country price lists in internal systems Requisitos principales 5+ years of pricing experience in Saa S or marketplace Direct experience working with GTM or sales leaders on pricing decisions Data-driven with strong numerical reasoning Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to move from analysis to testing Ability to explain complex numbers simply SQL capable to pull own data Strong Google Sheets skills Professional English (spoken and written) Degree in economics, math, business, or similar clear communication cross-functional collaboration problem solving under uncertainty SQL Google Sheets data analysis
