Overview In this role you will own and evolve global Assisted Channels capabilities, translating business needs into scalable product solutions. You will align with country programs and collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations, and Marketing to balance integral roadmap with local needs. You’ll write functional definitions, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and drive backlog prioritization and adoption in deployments. You’ll maintain clear documentation and support cross-country rollout while shaping a customer-centric, risk-aware digital banking platform.

Responsabilidades

Own the functional vision and roadmap for assigned Assisted Channels capabilities and ensure alignment with integral strategy Collaborate with country programs to understand needs and identify reusable global capabilities Translate business and operational needs into functional definitions, user stories, and acceptance criteria for IT teams Coordinate with technical teams and participate in backlog prioritization, release planning,



and stakeholder management Define and evolve operational use cases across branch servicing, customer management, omnichannel interactions, campaigns, onboarding, requests, and complaints Support alignment with other product areas such as Container, Customer View, Interaction Manager, and Data & Analytics Assist rollout and adoption during country deployments to ensure proper usage of global capabilities Maintain functional documentation in Confluence and Jira with traceability from demand to delivery

Requisitos principales

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Required) Proven experience in Product Ownership, Functional Analysis, or digital banking and Assisted Channels solutions (Required) Strong understanding of customer journeys and servicing processes across branch, remote, and commercial channels (Required) Experience translating business requirements into user stories, product backlogs, and functional specifications (Required) Solid experience working with business, operations, and technology teams in Agile environments (Required) Language: English (Required) Stakeholder Management Cross-functional Collaboration Strategic Thinking Product Ownership Functional Analysis Agile
