Job Description
Service Now is a strategic enterprise platform at Unit4, supporting internal operations, employee and customer services, workflow automation, and our wider digital transformation agenda. As aService Now Developer , you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, testing, and supporting secure, scalable,



and maintainable solutions on the Service Now platform. This is a hands-on senior technical role. You will work closely with the Service Now Practice Lead, business analysts, architects, business owners, and other development teams to translate business requirements into effective platform solutions. You will also contribute to technical standards, development quality, platform stability, and the continuous improvement of our Service Now capabilities.
What you will do
Design, develop, configure, test, and support Service Now applications and workflows. Build and enhance solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, App Engine, Now Assist, Virtual Agent , and other Service Now capabilities. Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.
