Strategic Oversight: set priorities for specific teams and ensure execution aligns with strategy Team Development: manage performance, coaching, hiring within budget Resource Allocation:

Requisitos principales

3 years managing and mentoring xqysrnh engineering teams with track record in performance management and hiring 7 years of software engineering experience on high-availability production systems and distributed architecture Hands-on experience building or supporting payment platforms, payment gateways, fintech products, or related domains Strong ability to communicate technical matters to non-technical stakeholders strategic thinking leadership and people development cross-functional collaboration Ruby Java HTMX
