Ideally, your experience should be fairly balanced across:

Rippling HR Rippling Payroll Rippling Reporting Broader HCM functionality Rippling architecture / architectural experience Complex implementations and/or optimisation work

You need enough technical depth to operate at an architectural / strategic level, rather than simply being a configuration-focused consultant. Rippling’s own service-partner model covers implementation, optimisation, ongoing support, and complex customer challenges, which aligns closely with the type of consultant AYP is looking for. Personality / Ways of Working We need someone who is:

Interview Process There are 3 stages:

Following a successful final stage, they will move to offer. Compensation €70-€90 per hour Must-have:
