Overview In this senior role, you will lead the design and evolution of enterprise-grade Data & AI platforms in cloud environments to enable scalable analytics, ML workloads, and AI services. You will align platform architecture with business strategy while guiding cross-functional teams through transformation initiatives. You’ll shape secure, governed, and scalable AI ecosystems that empower real-time processing and intelligent applications. Responsabilidades

Lead architecture and evolution of enterprise Data & AI platforms across AWS, Azure, and GCP Design scalable architectures for advanced analytics, ML workloads, real-time processing, and AI/ML model lifecycle management Define reference architectures for AI-enabled platforms and govern data ecosystems (ingestion, storage, transformation, serving) Integrate containerized AI workloads with Kubernetes and microservices-based designs Ensure security, compliance, and governance across AI and data platforms Align AI/data architecture with enterprise digital and business strategy Lead cross-functional teams in Data Engineering, ML Engineering, DevOps,



and Security Support large transformation programs and AI-driven modernization initiatives Drive innovation in AI platform capabilities (automation, MLOps, governance frameworks)

Requisitos principales

6+ years of experience in Data, Cloud, and AI architectures Proven experience leading large-scale Data & AI platform implementations Strong expertise in AWS, Azure, and cloud-native architectures Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, microservices, and API-first design Experience designing AI-ready infrastructures for ML at scale Knowledge of MLOps, model lifecycle governance, and data architecture patterns (lakehouse, medallion) Experience in regulated or complex industries is a plus Strong business alignment and executive stakeholder management Experience contributing to RFPs and strategic solutioning Fluency in English; international exposure is a plus Based in Spain with work permit; hybrid model in Barcelona or Madrid Executive stakeholder management Strategic thinking and cross-functional leadership Structured problem-solving in complex environments Python SQL AWS
