German-Speaking Sales Executive – Barcelona We are looking for a

German-Speaking Sales Executive

to join an international team based in

Barcelona .

In this role, you will manage the

full sales cycle , from identifying and qualifying potential SMB clients to presenting digital advertising solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect and qualify potential SMB clients

Conduct outbound outreach via

calls, emails, and LinkedIn

Understand client needs and present suitable digital advertising solutions

Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

Work towards individual and team revenue targets

Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information within the CRM system

Requirements

C2-level German

C1-level English

Previous experience in

outbound sales, business development, or cold calling

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills





Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-oriented sales environment

Experience using CRM systems such as

Salesforce

is preferred

Previous exposure to digital advertising platforms such as

Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar solutions

would be considered a plus

Working Model

Location:

Barcelona, Spain

Employment:

Full-time

Hybrid model:

3 days per week in the Barcelona office and 2 days working from home

Compensation

Base salary:

€26,710 gross/year

Performance bonus:

Up to €4,290 gross/year at 100% target achievement

Additional earning potential may be available depending on individual performance
