As the Regional Sales Manager, you drive the growth of Ditch Witch Barcelona in the EMEA region by delivering advanced solutions to underground construction professionals and strengthening our presence from our Barcelona base. In this position, you take ownership of sales activities across the EMEA region for Subsite Electronics locating & HDD tracking equipment and HammerHead moles. You work closely with our dealer network and customers, building strong partnerships and positioning yourself as a trusted technical and commercial expert. You combine hands-on product knowledge with a consultative sales approach and enjoy being close to the field and the customer.What You'll Do?Build strong, long-term relationships with dealers and customers across the EMEA regionGrow sales performance by supporting dealers with insights, tools and a consultative approachRepresent the product portfolio in the field through demonstrations,
