Company Description OceanLog is a digital session logbook designed for watersports coaches and athletes across surf, swimming, SUP, kayak, rowing, and more. The platform allows coaches to keep their own methods and levels, while athletes can record sessions in seconds.

Environmental data such as sea and wind conditions are added automatically, and clearly marked AI reports describe progress in plain language without grades or rankings. OceanLog is developed with clubs, schools, and adapted-sport organizations, ensuring it meets real-world coaching needs. The product is made in Mallorca by DSM Mallorca, S.L. and was launched in October 2026.

Role Description As a User Experience Designer at OceanLog, you will design intuitive, engaging experiences for watersports coaches and athletes using our platform. In this full-time, on-site role based in Palma, you will collaborate with product, engineering, and domain experts to translate user needs into clear interaction flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces.

Your day-to-day work will include conducting user research sessions, mapping user journeys, creating prototypes, and iterating on designs based on feedback and analytics. You will help refine information architecture, ensure accessibility,

and maintain a consistent visual language across web and mobile interfaces. This role also involves participating in design reviews, documenting design decisions, and contributing to the continuous improvement of OceanLog’s overall product experience.
