The Senior Account Manager is part of our Professional Services team, where we combine strategic consulting, Salesforce technology, and executive relationships to drive the digital transformation of our most strategic customers. You will own and grow strategic relationships across a defined portfolio, driving sustained value through Salesforce solutions and long‐term digital transformation initiatives.




Lead strategic account planning and execution to deliver sustained revenue growth.
Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles across large enterprise environments.
Position Salesforce solutions as a driver of business transformation across people, process, and technology.
Collaborate closely with license sales, Professional Services, and wider internal teams to deliver integrated customer outcomes.
Maintain consistent overachievement of sales targets and pipeline growth.
10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales, account management, or consulting.
~ Strong background in consulting and/or professional services.
~ Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth.
~ Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud technologies, CRM, data, and AI.
~ Strong commercial acumen combined with a customer-centric, value-led mindset.
~ Salesforce platform knowledge and certifications are advantageous.
