About The Role We are looking for a

French-speaking Customer Support Specialist

to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal.

You will assist French-speaking customers, answer their questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and make sure they have a smooth and positive experience.

The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.

What We Are Looking For

Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English

Friendly, patient, and customer-focused

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Organized and attentive to detail

Previous customer service experience is welcome, but not mandatory

Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Applicants should be fluent in French and English and either currently based in Portugal or hold an EU passport and be open to relocation.
