NTT DATA is seeking an entry-level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to join our general team. You will operate in the region, provide remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and drive them to resolution while meeting SLA targets. You will work with service assurance tools, maintain configuration records, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure quick recovery and proactive service improvements. This role is remote and international in scope.
