Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial transactions to identify and mitigate potential fraudulent activities within the banking sector

Monitor and investigate suspicious account activity to protect clients and the institution from financial risk

Maintain clear and precise documentation of all fraud investigation findings in accordance with strict banking protocols

Communicate effectively with stakeholders in Dutch to resolve complex security concerns and account discrepancies

Collaborate with international anti-money laundering (AML) teams to stay ahead of evolving financial security threats





Utilize advanced proprietary software and analytical tools to ensure compliance with international banking regulations

Provide expert support for Dutch-speaking clients by resolving security inquiries with high levels of professionalism

Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written)

Valid EU passport (mandatory)

Previous experience in banking, fraud detection, or financial services is highly preferred
