Bigidea Fintech Group in Spain is seeking a Retention Manager to own merchant retention, portfolio growth, and long-term client relationships within our international fintech team. You will spot churn risks early and turn existing merchant relationships into sustainable growth. You’ll manage merchant relationships, monitor activity and revenue, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate with Sales, Finance, Analytics, and Support, and drive retention and reactivation with data-driven strategies.
