Join the MIKUTA team as our new Photo Editor & Colour Grading Artist (d/f/m)! Take ownership of colour grading our visual content to create a cohesive MIKUTA look across all channels. If you have a strong eye for colour, consistency and detail, we’d love to hear from you! Full-time (38 hours/week)· Salary range: €30k-€36k gross per year · unlimited contract · based in Mallorca Founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens Weiss, MIKUTA began in 2017 with a jewelry line and expanded into women's ready-to-wear in 2019. Today, MIKUTA is an independent fashion brand known for effortless design, premium feel, and a distinct point of view. Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal and a new Content & Creative Studio

currently being established in Mallorca. ABOUT THE JOB

To support our Content Team and to elevate our brand presence, we’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photo Editor & Colour Grading Artist (d/f/m). This role will be working closely with our founders to ensure the final imagery reflects the MIKUTA aesthetic and fits seamlessly within our overall visual communication Key Responsibilities:

Take responsibility for the color grading of MIKUTA imagery, working closely with our founders, who shoot the photos and currently handle the color grading.



Color grade selected and cropped RAW images in Lightroom, with a focus on white balance, exposure, color, skin tones and local adjustments. Ensure a consistent look and feel across all images, campaigns and collections. Maintain the MIKUTA visual identity and make sure images work seamlessly across our Instagram, website and collection pages. Work with different types of imagery, including campaign, e-commerce, product, atmosphere, BTS and storytelling content. Work efficiently within our existing Lightroom and content workflows, together with our founders and retoucher. ABOUT YOU

At least 3-5 years of professional experience in post production with a focus on photo editing and colour grading within fashion, lifestyle and e-commerce Strong experience working with Lightroom and RAW photography Excellent eye for colour, consistency, skin tones, exposure and overall image quality Highly detail-oriented with a strong understanding of how individual images work together as part of a larger visual identity Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and closely with creative teams and founders Fluent in English, both written and spoken WHAT WE OFFER
