is working with a leading multinational technology BPO business which is looking to recruit a Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultantin Malaga. Position: Fashion Support Consultant Location: Malaga, Spain Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle incoming customer interactions through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, voicemail, or automated alerts). Record and update customer details and case information in the call or ticket management system. Provide timely responses and effective resolutions in line with established service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and client-specific applications. Identify and elevate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors when necessary. Follow established processes, procedures, and quality standards for service delivery. Complete required administrative tasks accurately and on time. REQUIREMENTS:

Native or fluent in Finnish (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication,



as well as English fluency. Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen and understand customer needs. Ability to take ownership of cases and see them through to resolution or appropriate escalation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with adaptability to different customer situations. Basic technical knowledge of IT systems, such as Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet configurations. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. OFFER:
