The Lemon Consulting is seeking a Technical Product Expert to provide technical support to customers by email and phone, including installation, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance. You will build long-term relationships while addressing inquiries promptly and accurately. You will deliver training to OEMs, gather market feedback, and coordinate with Supply Chain for parts pickups. Travel to visit customers may be required, and a strong background in bike/mechatronic fields is preferred.
