A Madrid private debt platform has already proven it can connect debt funds, banks and insurers with mid-market borrowers on tickets of €5m to €70m, and it earns across the life of each financing, not only at close. Having moved beyond renewables project finance into corporate direct lending, the founders now want a senior originator they can put in front of the market and hand origination to. This hire decides how fast that book grows. The Impact You Will Have

Own corporate origination across Spain: HoldCo, standard corporate and sponsor-guaranteed structures Build a pipeline of mid-market borrowers that banks underserve and advisers rarely reach Bring structure and strategy to a small origination and structuring team Take over borrower and investor relationships the founders hold today Shape the move beyond renewables into wider sustainability-linked corporate credit What Success Looks Like

You have originated directly with clients,
