As part of our multidisciplinary health unit, you will play a proactive role in preventive medicine, emergency response, and promoting a culture of health across our Getafe site.*## **Responsibilities**Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:* **Perform** comprehensive medical surveillance tailored to specific job profiles and risk exposure to effectively prevent, diagnose work-related pathologies, and facilitate job retention.* **Identify, assess, and refer** vulnerable employee groups or individuals to relevant specialists when appropriate.* **Propose, pilot, and participate** in occupational health actions and projects in close cooperation and consultation with specialized teams.* **Propose fitness-to-work** recommendations based on workplace risks and individual health assessments.* **Support and deliver** the organization of emergency responses and high-quality first-aid provisions on-site.## ## **Skills & Experience**Is your profile aligned with the following criteria?
