Our client is a leading general pharmaceutical company and they are looking for a Workday Specialist. This role is based in Barcelona and will report to the Senior Workday Specialist. Responsibilities: Configure, enhance, and support multiple Workday modules, ensuring they meet evolving business and HR requirements. Lead and contribute to HR digitalisation projects, driving system improvements and process optimisation across the organisation. Partner with HR, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver scalable Workday solutions and integrations. Manage Workday releases, provide advanced user support, and ensure the ongoing stability and performance of the HR technology landscape.
