Overview In this role you will steer SITA for Aircraft’s inorganic growth initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams through the M&A; lifecycle. You’ll serve as the operational backbone, keeping workstreams on track, preparing leadership materials, and ensuring timely, quality inputs for central M&A; activities. You’ll turn complex commercial and product data into clear updates for senior leaders, while shaping due diligence and integration planning. This is an opportunity to impact strategic growth in a general aviation context. and actions throughout the deal lifecycle Contribute to business case and synergy work with Finance and Product leaders Prepare executive materials for leadership, reviews, and board discussions Support integration planning and handover from due diligence to integration Requisitos principales 7+ years of experience in project management, corporate development, M&A; support, strategy, consulting, or complex cross-functional programs Aviation industry knowledge, preferably airline operations, Saa S, B2 B software Strong project management skills in senior-stakeholder, multi-workstream environments; PM certification valued Good understanding of the M&A; lifecycle (pipeline, screening, due diligence, transaction, integration) Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear workplans, actions, and decisions Comfort with financial and business-case inputs; MBA or equivalent business background welcome Excellent written and verbal communication; experience with investment banks, consultants, and legal advisors Strong collaboration and influence without direct authority Ability to interact with C-suite and cross-functional stakeholders with discretion Fluent English Stakeholder management Cross-functional collaboration Influence without authority PMO coordination Due diligence support Financial and business-case analysis
